1. How long does it take to deliver the order?

We usually deliver your order within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at nsglobalgoods@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Can I modify my order?

You can request a modification (like size, color, or address change) within 6 hours of placing your order. Just email us at nsglobalgoods@gmail.com with your order number and the required changes.

4. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof at nsglobalgoods@gmail.com. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD on selected products. You’ll see the option during checkout if COD is available for your pincode.

6. Is there a return or exchange policy?

We offer 7-day return/replacement only for defective or wrong products. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

7. I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our support team at nsglobalgoods@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll track it and update you as soon as possible.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also contact nsglobalgoods@gmail.com for tracking assistance.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our services!
